CDI A Department for Insurance

In several countries of the world there is a law against those who do not have car insurance and they own a car or any other private or commercial vehicle. In many countries this law is considered very strictly like India. But there are countries too which take this act so seriously that they have separate departments who have authority to seize the vehicle if someone found guilty in this respect.

Californian government is one of those government which has very strict law for those who are not law abiding as they have a separate department for the California car insurance and the name of this department is California Department of Insurance in short it could be said CDI. This department works under the supervision of the head or the top men in the government.

If anyone found guilty in this case then this department has the authority to seize his vehicle and to get the relieving of the vehicle the guilty has to appear in the court of law. If because of any reason the guilty can not go to the court then the vehicle would be forfeited also there are exceptions for the emergency but for that too the guilty has to submit the proofs in the court of law.
