Steps for Weight Loss
Weight loss!?- The big question in the minds of many overweight folks. Weight loss is indeed one of the most practical ways to get out of the embarrassment you had to bear since long. The other method is ignoring them (which I guess is quite non practical!).

Now, let’s just list the required steps for weight loss.
1.You need to calculate your daily intake of food (read calories). Timings of your food and a rough estimate of your nutritional requirements (you might need the help of a nutritionist in this).
2.Weight diet plan! This is your utmost priority for the time up to which you have your weight reduced. So, concentrate on it. Plan a nutritionally adequate yet low on fat weight diet program.
3.A good exercise regime would not be enough. So, engross yourself in other physical activities like sports, walking, cleaning the attic!!! Etc.
4.Adhere to your plan and regime no matter what happens! It’s hard to control those temptations but do try ten times before quitting!
In case, the plans fail miserably, do not lose hope. You can do it all again. Herbal treatments like colon cleansing can reduce your weight for sure, but up to a certain extent and moreover, if you do not follow a weight diet then you may soon find yourself overweight again in few days!
